On Friday 10th October, second and third year students made their way to the Brighton Photo Biennial and Fringe. Meeting at Brighton train station, students soon embarked on a packed itinerary that led them through seven venues in central Brighton. The theme for the 2014 biennial is Communities, Collectives and Collaboration with several of the converted venues hosting the output of contemporary photographic collectives. The collective hubs at Vantage Point and Circus Street Market proved popular with students, as did the Photobook show at Jubilee Library. The weather held out well until moments after leaving Fabrica the final stop on our Itinerary.
