Many thanks to David Owen, Professor of Social & Political Philosophy, Professor Tim R. Morris, Head of SHEP theory group, School of Physics and Astronomy, both from University of Southampton and Gareth Colwell, Communications & Audience Development Manager at the Aspex Gallery in Portsmouth for coming into WSA to review the publications created in respose to the Document project brief. The Year 2 Graphic Design students gained valuable feedback on their proposals from specialists in the fields of Politics, Science and Art. In each subject group review, a range of proposals were presented in response the same assignment brief documenting subject specific issues and practice. The Graphic Design students benefitted from responding to the challenge of working with real content created and reviewed by David, Tim and Gareth.
Thank you to David, Tim and Gareth for their time and input into the projects, it has been valauble for the students to assess the intention and potential target audience through the visual communication of their ideas and proposals.
